Reconstructing a severely sloped floor in an historic home (click to view more)

The slope in the floor of this century + year old Pennington home needed to be addressed. We pulled up the floor and discovered significant and unsafe structural support issues. Kevin and Jim had to remove all first floor fixtures in order to address the structural issues, rebuild the base of the floor and finally lay the oak flooring. The new homeowner was unaware of these significant issues. Jim and Kevin's guidance on the fixes and their quality craftmanship made the home stable so the homeowner could move in.
